listen i can hardly smell it has been this way for three weeks, i think its from head trama but im not sure. all i need to know is how do i enhance my sense of smell? also is there anyway i can relief the stress of this head trama from my body? i'm all for natrual remedies, is there any natrual remedie that could help my sense of smell?

Try saline nose drops. Brush and floss your teeth and try to avoid strong scents like perfumes cleaners etc. keep active. It will come back but it takes a while. I fell off my bike once and smacked the back of my head and couldn't taste anything or small even garlic. it gradually came back.
