Sleep problems?!

Sleep problems?

i have problems falling asleep and then staying asleep, always have. any advice? any would be helpfull but i dont want to take meds.

I don't know. I was researching for you a bit and nothing good came up.

I was going suggest Sleepy Time tea. Also you could try natural Melotonin - get it at a health food store.
I recommend journaling. Write down all your thoughts from the day and clear your mind.

Hope you'll find a good answer. I understand how crappy this feels!!! When I wake up I do something and try going back a little later.
