Has anyone heard of kids getting seriously ill drinking ......electlyes?

gatorade or fusion load with electrolytes

a ten year ago passed out, a high school girl got ill


Answers:

You need a balance of electlytes. Too high can make you as sick as too low. There's also a risk of getting too much liquid in you. Even water intoxication can kill.
