Do boys get spots lumps on their Willy's?

MY boyfriend has got a weird spots on his willy? Have any of you boys had them and wat can it be? Could it be a heat spot!! or can u just get spots on your willy!!!

I spotted it last night and he doesnt really know wat it is either !! Things like that he tends to not worry about its me that does the worrying!!!

Neither of us have had many sexual partners! I have slept with 2 people and havent had sex in 6 years until him. And he doesnt sleep around. Could it just be a spot!

Its like a red lump! almost looks like a heat spot kinda lump!!
