I find that my eyesight is worst with my spectacle on why does this happen?
Most of the time, I don't use my spectacles when i am doing my work or reading a book. I am short sighted. I do not really understand why i feel that my vision becomes poorer when i put on my spectacles after not using it for more than 1 1/2 hours? Usually, a headache also occurs.

i think it take some time for the eyes to adjust to the spectacle..
check back with eyes specialist to know if you need spectacle with more or less power..
My spectacle power increase every year..
