Is this a sign of high blood pressure?
I get so hot, and my skin feels like its on fire! Then I get dizzy, and I have to get in a cool area with a cold wet cloth on my 4head and take deep breaths. Is this high blood pressure?

Sounds more like heat stroke. I get it once in a while while roofing on really hot days to a point where I've passed out (luckily on the ground). Some people not prone to high temperature suffer them more frequently when it gets hot out.
HPB, you pulse is racing non-stop and your heart is working twice as hard as it should be, thus, can be fatal.
