What are some tips for swallowing pills?
omg, i seriously cannot swallow pills! I've tried everything- anybody have some tips?? thanks!
Answers:
I do not like to take pills either.
Have you tried putting them in apple sauce, yogurt or pudding.
As long as the directions does not advise against it you can crush them or break them in half.
Also try putting the pill in the very back of your throat, drink a moderate( meaning like a mouth full, not just a sip) amount of water and they will slide right down with the water.
