I'm way past my eyebrow waxing and stuff like that.
I've been noticing alot of blonde hair on my lips(as in, a mustache). I hate it. I want to wax it, but I've heard it grows back thicker and darker.
Tips?
I'm fourteen.

Waxing it won't make it grow back thicker and darker. If the hair is thin and blonde, it's not cutaneous hair, and waxing will not change the consistency.
