Do people with longer Torso's lose more height as they age?!

Question:

Do people with longer Torso's lose more height as they age?

Because more of their height is contracted in the spine?

Answers:

In a word - yes.
In normal aging, the intervertebral discs lose their rebound over the years and flatten out, causing height loss in the torso.
The height from your leg bones stays the same.
