ok i have a rash its like on the lips of my vagina , but on my but ., i dont know if its a rash or what , its bumps that itch and when i scratch they hurt , i had b4. but i just washed with the soap EVE and ONLY water then it cleared up really good now they are back .... i will stop using the soap i am using but what can i do for the itch and what can it be

Sounds like you have a vaginal infection. Just go to the womens section in walmart or another store and get you some anti-fungal cream. It doesnt take a prescription to buy. If that doesnt work, your gonna need to be seen by a doctor. You could have contracted an std from someone or you could have something else. I will tell you that if you sweat down there, alot, it could be a heat rash or from moisture. If thats the case, wear looser clothes and Id start wearing underwear liners....change them out everytime you go to the bathroom so your not staying moist.
