Fluttering in my chest and dizziness....?

I was out driving today feeling fine all day then suddenly my chest started to flutter and I got dizzy, my vision went gray and blurry and I almost passed out twice. It was so bad that I had to pull over. I had lunch so I don't think it could be my blood sugar and I know my blood pressure is always around 120/70. I'm 33 yrs old and generally healthy. Any help is really appreciated, it's freaking me out! Thanks!

I'm not sure if I am pregnant, my LMP was 06/11, yet I did "spot" (sorry for the details guys) 5 days after it was over (06/20) so I think it's too early to tell.

and yes it is humid here...Manitoba the province of humidity, but I'm rarely outside, always around a/c.

yes another comment...I'm a light social drinker, maybe twice a month and only about 2 drinks (1 oz) each time and the last 2 times I drank I became nautious and got sick (don't know if that'll help any)

Sometimes too much caffeine can do this if you are sensitive to it. Also maybe a food allergy to something you ate at lunch, or a reaction to a medication. Is there a possibility that you could be pregnant? Another thing I would consider is Migraine Syndrome, you can have all of these symptoms without actually getting a headache. Check with M.D. if this happens again. Hope its one of these things, because they are very treatable. Good Luck!
