How is stretching for a warm-up is different than stretching for a cool-down.?

what i mean is How is warm-up stretching different than cool-down stretching


Answers:

They are basically for the same reason.... in warm up it loosens your muscles and helps blood flow for a less damaging strain on your muscles... in the cool down ( now this is very important)... it helps the blood flow back from the muscles, and helps carry away burned fat and minerals in the muscles which could cause stiffness and cramping later...
