i have not had a cigarette since yesterday, please give me some motivational words to help me ...i just keep thinking its for my kids x x x i want them to be proud of me ..im 35 so hopefully can repair a little of the damage done...i will do it.. thanks so much, heres looking forward to a smoke free life :)
