Did the sun make me sick?
Last night I had the worst headache of my life! It was a sharpe pain in the forehead. I was also really nauseous and slightly feverish and faint. This lasted for about two hours. I have felt fine today.
Yesterday was a hot day (100 degrees F) and I spent about an hour in the sun at mid day then a little later I went for a run and that was about another hour. I didnt get sunburned (a little tanned and some pink in one area but nothing major) and I was drinking water so I dont think I was dehydrated.
Could the time in the sun have made me sick that night? any ideas as to what happend? Thanks

yes, the sun is probably the reason. If you over heat you get those symptoms. drink LOTs of water, stay in a cool enviroment and take it easy for a while.
