Why do i always feel thirsty during the night?
sometimes i wake up in the middle of the night a few times and my throat feels so dry. i have a bit of water in a bottle next to my bed but i still feel thirsty.
why does this happen? i'm ok during the day, it's just during the night that i feel really thirsty

If you're anything like me, you drink hardly anything during the day, then wake up completely dehydrated and have to drink 100 litres there and then! Also, the air in your room maybe dry which results in your dry throat. We keep the window open a little at all times to keep the air circulating.
