I have a drug test coming up and i am a heavy chronic smoker..i am tyring to pass it...i am tyrin got drink alot of fluids liek water..should i eat more or less to help the thc not show up

That is not what is going to affect. You need to drink more than normal amounts of water for 2-3 weeks to "clean out" your system. You should be fine if you do that. Though with a chronic smoker it stays in your system longer. Hopefully you gave yourself 30 days. A couples days is not enough time. Better get to GNC if that is the case.
