My nephew clicks his fingers alot, is this bad?
my nephew can click most parts of his body! his knees, wrists arms ( shoulders and elbow )and more, is this a problem? hes around 14 years old. could any of this cause him harm when he is older?
Answers:
yes its not something he should keep doing , the sound you hear is actually fluid being compressed in the joints
continuously doing this can lead to arthritis
