Does anyone else suddenly get "pins & needles" in their legs &!


Question:

Does anyone else suddenly get "pins & needles" in their legs & feet for no reason?

This has started happening to me very recently & Im not sure if I should worry or not. I would visit the doctor but cannot justify the expense if it is nothing as the doctor is costly where I am.
If anyone else experiences or has experienced this I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or advice!

It is a circulation issue. Mention it to your doctor at the next visit, and in the meantime slowly move your legs and feet when it happens to restore circulation.
