Fats in food?!

Question:

Fats in food?

normally the body burns a mixture of fats and glucose for energy, more fat and less glucose for light workd and viceversa.i was wondering.if i ate food with very low amounts of fat ,meaning below the daily recommended value, but normal amounts of carbs and protein.then will the body still burn the same amount of fat it used to.and will this plan be helpful in losing fat.i noe that tt body will start conserving nutrients when the input is low but does tt mean that the body will stop burning fats for or juz more slowly.also if my body fat drops to the amount i want and i start eatin normally mean the Daily recommended value for the carb fat and protein..will my body start stockin up on fat again....another thing is that i am thinkin of replacing most the fat i intake with omega 3 and 6 varities meanin eat food with very low fat and then tke omega 3 and 6 to make up for the DRV of fats..does it matter to the body wad kinda fat i take

Answers:

what will happen is at first you will loose the fat/weight but then the body will compensate for your change in diet and slow down - just like any diet you will hit a platform. what you have to do after that is change your diet once again to compensate for that change.
i don't recommend going below the daily rec thou. it's better to try to stay just at the daily rec and do a slightly more strenuous workout. don't push yourself too hard - maybe find a nutritionist and a personal trainer if possible.
don't overtake your omega 3 and 6 - that will end up making you hit a platform faster and at a higher weight oddly enough because when you try to do this it will shock the body - which is really bad to do.
