Does anyone know how to prevent sea lice?
I'm going to the Outer Banks in NC for a week. Last year when I went the water was filled with sea lice, these little shrimp things that get under your suit and stick to you. They can really hurt and ich and really ruin a day at the beach. So does anyone know how to prevent them or something you can stop them with?

I don't know a way to prevent them...but apple cider vinegar can stop the itching. Shower off immediately you come out of the water...and don't be shy about it. Then use a small spray bottle of vinegar to help the itch. Down here in Florida...we stay OUT of the water when the Sea Lice are bad. Have a great time!!!
