Smartness means oraginality and normality of personality.
If a person is 40 and seem to be 40 is smartness. It is not necessary that he should look like 25.
If a persom is normal jenius he should behave alike.
Every that person who behaves normal or according to the circumstances he is smart. For example every person should be grieved on 9/11 incident and feel happy on Independance day.
