What is wrong with me?

for the past couple of days i have had afading like pain in my chest is there something brewing up inside me like am i gonna have a heart attack as i have been so stressed out lately i just don't don't know how to relax anymore any suggestions?

Don't worry, I wouldn't believe it to be a heart attack. Normally heart attacks occur with pains in your limbs.

I, who am also a suffer, believe it is Acid Reflux. Acid Reflux can be so bad sometimes you think you are having a heart attack. However, taking something such as Maalox or simple Acid Reducer can help tremendously.
