So a guy with congenital heart failure sneezes and dies. On his death certificate is says he died from "sneezing." Do you think the main reason for his death could have been the ailing heart? I compare it to somebodt having a massive seizure and driving into a tree. Yes, the impact from the tree killed him, but it was the seizure that led to it.

I would say he died from heart failure. Remember it is not the fall that kills it is the sudden impact that does you in.
