Is morning sickness a pain in the stomach or do you actually get sick!?!?

Answers:

Vomiting lots of Vomiting. At least for me during my first pregnancy. They actually had to give me suppositories to stop it. I didnt just have morning sickness I had morning, noon, and night sickness for 5 months. With my 2nd child I had juset a couple of weeks of it and more nausea than actual vomiting.
