What causes the stomach to have a burning sensation?


Answers:

Several things really. The first is excess amounts of stomach acid(which, ironically is hydrochloric acid.). the next would be excess bile built up from not eating proper foods and the like. The third would be, yes, stress causing this unpleasant sensation.
