I have really bad allergies and almost every time I sneeze I fart. What should I do?

I don't know, but be grateful, every time I sneeze, I pee. It's just a little gift from child bearing. lol I guess grin and Bare it. lol
sorry having a strange mood nite to night. hope you find a better answer than I have for my problem...diapers. haha
