I had sever stomach cramps this morning that lasted about 1 hr does anyone know what it could have been from?

It came on all of a sudden with nausea,dizziness,and a cold sweat.It was so bad i would have called 911 if i could have gotten of the bathroom floor.It slowly went away after about 1 hr but i was very drained and shaky all day and my stomach muscles were very sore.I'm 35 not pregnet and did not have diarrhea.

any problems urianating? kidey stones? is your urine normal colored?
otherwise I dont know..any diverticulitis?
flus going around at work? Any weird life changes or stresses, that could be causing ulcer or irritable bowel:
so many things can cause this
if it continues or if you still feel weak tomarrow..I would see a Dr.
