I don't know the completeness of your question, but I am guessing if you want to know if you could be pregnant or not. It is possible for your body to skip a period or two due to stress. And medications also come into play as well. I know because my cousin missed 3 months of her period, but she wasn't pregnant, and it was due to stress. Why she stressed, I don't know. But it does happen. But I would get tested, and if you aren't, just try to take it easy, exercise lightly and stay active, eat a healthy diet and most likely you'll be on track.
