How can this effect you?

I have had depressino for 6 months I have barely eaten, barely slept and not exercised, smoked a lot, never smiled, never laughed, never relaxed, not drunk much water, i'm a freak and i hate myself, how cna i fix this? and am i going to die from malnutriition etc, im' so ashamed

I will tell you that you are NOT a freak and you have nothing to be ashamed of it. You have mental disorder that need an immediate attention. Please take to your doctor about this, they can refer you to another specialist doctor, get you some prescription that will only fit for you and get some excellent counseling. I know because I had specialist doctor, counseling and medication for almost 18 years. It made me a stronger person. Hang in there and good luck.
