Question:
HELP my throat is killing me?
yesterday i felt like i was going to be sick, so i litrally ran out of my R.E class, but ever since then ive had to keep spitting out this really tough spit.. I think i have had an elergic reaction to nuts, which i had on sunday.
I cant speak hardly, like im loosing my voice and it hurts to drink.

yes, do see a doctor but in the meantime you can try something that soothes your throat .. something as simple as cough drops may help or try a honey and lemon mixture it's a little gross, but it works really good. another thing that works well and fast is gargling with salt water.. just boil some water and add a pretty good amount of salt... pour to the count of two from a salt container... then boil it... wait until it cools or is luke warm until you gargle with it.. i've tried this for sore throats (bad ones) and it really does help. good luck, hope you feel better soon :)
