What is this ichy rash ?
i woke up diging my neck.behind my ear and following my jaw bone i have been itching.its red and puffy but my neck is the only one with red dots .i think the red dots are from itching.i have not been nere anything new or used any new shampoo.i dont know what it is but its spreding to the other side of my face.i wet my face with warm water and that made it worse.

It could be something you ate, or .... hm, no new shampoo or laundry detergent? Could it be heat rash? Maybe from wearing your hair down or something?
Try using cool water, keep it clean and dry. Take a Benadryl and drink a lot of water.
If it gets really bad, or spreads a lot, or lasts for more than 2 or 3 days, call a doctor.
