Question:

I am pooping yesterday and I go to wipe my butt and I pull my nuts up and see there are these bugs in my pubes

What could these little bugs be, there are probably 500-1000 down there in my pubic hair under my nuts where the dingleberrys usually are. They don't go all the way back to my butthole just right under the nuts in the taint area. Any ideas as to what this could be. I don't want to see a doctor.
