Franklinsmoke - your'e the only one who had a problem understanding my question (stupid or not !) so you obviously have a lower IQ than all the other good people who have managed to understand and answer (politely !)


Answers:

I guess technically if you are outside British territorial waters the ban would not be valid. However since it is such an important health issue I would hope it would be enforced by the companies anyway!
