I'm 14 years old and i'm 5'0 and was wondering how many inches i grow each year?

As i was saying i need help necause i want to be tall. The doctors siad to combine my parents height, and divide by 2. Then add or minus 2 inches. I got 5FT. f, but theres a slim chance i might be 2 inches taller or shorter. I want to know if i can get to 5'7 by drinking milk, jumping and excercising. Plus how many inches i could grow in 1 year. Thanks!!


Answers:

If both of your parents are pretty short, as you say, then I highly doubt you'll reach 5'7". Especially within the year. Growth is different for everyone, but I doubt you'll get to be 5'7". Sorry man.
