Can lack of sleep cause stress, jumpiness, or lack of concentration?!
Question:
Can lack of sleep cause stress, jumpiness, or lack of concentration?
Answers:
Lack of sleep means lack of your body healing itself. Which will cause problems concentrating which can cause irritability. You will probably be trying so hard to concentrate that if something interrupts you in the smallest way your reaction will be abrupt as if just waking you up. Stress is of course a reaction to almost every other side effect of sleep deprivation. Being as my schedule is constantly colliding with my sleep I know first hand on a more than regular basis that sleep deprivation can cause a lot more than you think.
