Why do I feel sick when..?
Why do I get an upset stomach and feel like throwing up when I drink coffee? What else is suggested to wake me up, no energy drinks please...thanks

I do excersice. I train in muay thai for two hours, three days a week...thank you all

You could be allergic or have some sort of stomache problem like mild chrones disease. Go to a doctor.
As for waking up, try an alarm clock, cold shower or loud music.
