Evidence that groups in a care setting is helpful?!
Question:
Evidence that groups in a care setting is helpful?
I am interested to find out if anyone has found that group therapy or support has been of any use to them. Either within a care setting or in the community.
Answers:
I love group therapy. It can be really great. As long as you're truly honest with yourself and with the group, you're bound to benefit from it.
Also, remember that things other people in the group say are their opinions. They're entitled to their opinions, as you are entitled to your own.
Group therapy is a great way to see different sides of a situation or problem that you are facing. It's also a way to learn from other people's situations and problems as well. And, you might be able to help other people while helping yourself! :)
