Any experience with coenzyme Q10?!

Any experience with coenzyme Q10?

I heard about this on the radio and was wondering if anyone had taken it. It is supposed to help with energy.


Answers:

We take it too and have found that it helps some. Have also heard of some heart docs now reccomending it, for heart health. We have never had a problem with this, and I tend to be very drug sensitive, even sometimes to herbs. Curious to see what other answers you receive. Great question.
