Stomach ache after run?
I am a very solid runner. After running every day, I can run a mile in about five or six minutes. Today I went even farther and ran all the way down my mountain to the way bottom and then went to the top. All in all the whole run was over two miles. Of course, because I wore clothes to make me sweat, I was very hot and thirsty when I got back. I chugged a cup of water really fast and all of the sudden, I had the worst stomach ache and i Know it was from the water. Why does this happen?
