Sleep Troubles!?

I am having quite a bit of sleep trouble during this week. I can't go to bed earlier than how late i stayed up the previous night. One night I stayed up til 3am and stayed with that for another two nights. Then I decided to go to bed at like 11pm and fall asleep faster. I couldn't get to sleep until 3am again. It was horrible. I've tried reading, listening to music, watching TV/movies, etc. but nothing works. I can't go to bed right when my head hits the pillow. What can I do to fall asleep faster without seeing my doctor or taking any pills? Are there any methods to help me get to sleep faster?


Answers:

Work out an hour or two before you go to bed...get all the energy you can out. I have always had problems going to be when I wanted to because I just think of things from the whole day, the past...etc etc

Just do something that will get all the energy out. Don't drink any caffeine after 6, that might the be the problem also.
