My urologist said he doesn't want to see me as his patient anymore unless i get !

My urologist said he doesn't want to see me as his patient anymore unless i get a cystoscopy. why?
he wont prescribe any medicine or treat me if i dont get the cystoscopy. is that legal or moral? i told him i dont want to be anethestized for a biopsy. and he saidit is required. he thinks i may have cancer or tumors whihch is not detectable by ct scan. i dont know if thisd is true? i asked him why does he think i need a cystoscoipy he said cuz you 3 red blood cells in urine 2 month ago and 1 red bllod cell in urine a week ago. i have uti's. could it be stones? how can itell w/o cysto?

right now there is pain in my uretha. but i dont have a uti what coiuld it be?

just follow the doc's advice. they know whats going on more than you do! it will make things easier. besides he can't prescribe something when he isn't sure what is going on! wouldn't you want to know?!!
