Is it possible to get too much sleep?
When I sleep from about 11 p.m. - 9 a.m. I am extremely tired the following day. When I sleep from 11 p.m. - about 6 a.m. I feel really entergetic. Is this just a habit my body has taken from school? Or am I receiving too much sleep?

Your body usually sleeps in 90 minute cycles. You want to wake up at the end of one of these cycles to be the most refreshed.
I bought a sleep tracker watch that is supposed to wake you at a time when your 90 minute cycle is up. It also monitors your cycles as not everyone is 90 minutes.
