I have these strange lumps on my neck...?!

Question:

I have these strange lumps on my neck...?

Near the back of my neck on my left side there are 3 lumpsbelow my ear. They have cause my ears to clog and I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE! Please help me out, I'm worried.

i thought it mught be lymph nodes because they are really sensitive to pressure
