I was just wondering why fast food is bad for us. I know that fast food is bad for us but why/?

depends on what sort of fast food we are talking, if it is a chicken salad then it's not if it's salad on grain bread it's not bad.. if it's a extra large fries and extra large coke and and a double cheese it is..
it's not the take away that is bad!!!
it's the choice of take away..the worst sort of take away is the sort that is cooked in oil or has a high fat content...
pastry is not a good choice either as it's rich in all the baddies. and anything that is sweet and tasty is also high in fat and sugar and more then likely heaps of preservative's.
