Will exercising help get all the THC outta my system?

NOTE: I've been a daily weed smoker for about 2 years i guess, averaging like anywhere from 2-5 joints a day, so i'd say there's a lot of THC in my body..i decided to quit smoking weed, starting today, and i'm wondering if exercising would help rid my body of all the toxins and everything.

figured i should add in that i'm a rather skinny guy, weighin in at about 120 lbs.

Yes. THC is stored in fat cells. Sweating is good. Also, drink lots of water and cranberry juice both will help flush your system. Marijuana normally leaves the system naturally after 30 days, so even though you have smoked for 2 years, some of that should be out of your system. Also, the more you weigh or the bigger you are, will determine how long until you will be clean. Like I said, THC is stored in fat cells.
