NO nothing that is proven to work. ..very limited non prescription choices here....vitamins would be one good choice but not a definitive treatment. Antibiotics by mouth and cremes and other oral meds are the most common onesup to a doctors orders in USA If you can see a doctor it would be the real answer to your needs
