I sweat excessively all over, can anyone help?

whenever i exercise its basically like im swimming... this really sucks cause none of my friends have this problem and im almost always uncomfortable (even when i sleep i sweat lik crazy sometimes) what could be causing this and what could cure this?

no no i dont swim, i was comparing how much i sweat to being in a pool lol
