I have a lower back pain on my right side. If I lay down and it catches, I cant !

I have a lower back pain on my right side. If I lay down and it catches, I cant move my leg, or turn over!?

It feels like I'm getting stabbed! It almost brings me to tears. So now Icant lay down flat on my back (thats when it catches).
