Whats the difference between an asthma attack n a panic attack?

an asthma attack affects your ability to breath properly
a panic attack (ANXIETY) will affect your breathing but comes from your nervous system, and gives you that quake in THE PIT OF your stomach that comes from fear, only there is no real reason for it that you can see, it is a feeling of dread almost like death is holding your hand. I know this because I have had to live with both most of my life. I don't take drugs for them. I've learned to recognize the symptoms, and what causes them. I stay out of stressful situations, because I know it can kill me. I have to rest a lot. I've also had heart surgery, so I have three reasons to always remain calm. keep the albuterol close. I have one in my car, in my purse, and in whatever room i'm in. A person with either of these conditions will live a normal life(depending on how severe it is) but it will most likely be a bit slower.I could go on but a DR. should be the one giving you info.
