Why does my bladder/lower stomach hurt when touched?
is it a sign that my period is coming? is it a sign of pregnancy...couldn't be though...or could it???

Premenstrual cramps can cause pains such as the ones you are describing. It could also be something more serious. If you believe that you may be pregnant, it would probably be worth it to get a pregnancy test. You may have an infection that would cause those pains as well.
I suggest that you visit a doctor if the pains persist.
